無法使用所有功能！
你好，不知道你有没有试过彻底卸载CCS之后重新安装最新版本的，因为这个问题据说在新版CCS中修复了：https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/ccs_downloads.html
如果都试过还是有这样的问题，那可能是跟你的PC相关，只能考虑更换电脑了。
已經刪除並且重新安裝新版了。
請問在哪裡有寫已解決此問題？

我也是在英文E2E论坛上看到的。这个问题发生概率很低，而且没办法复现，一般认为是跟个人电脑有关，目前来说没找到解决方案。英文E2E会有一些不统一的解决方法，你可以搜索这个报错找一下各个方法都尝试一下https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/c2000-microcontrollers-forum
