CCS10.3.1 content assist功能无法激活

使用CCS版本为10.3.1版本，在preferences中已经设置了Shift+Tab作为我的代码补全即content assist快捷键, 如图所示；但是实际使用时一直无法激活，一直显示“No completions available”， 这个问题该如何解决？
