CODECOMPOSER: when I connect XDS110 use codeComposerStudio in Cloud Desktop , It will connect failed

when I connect XDS110 use codeComposerStudio in Cloud Desktop , It will connect failed. I have checked XDS110 in windows Device Manager,The device is work well  and our engineer make sure . But if I Test connect the device ,  it will report connect ffiled . I use Cloud Desktop ,XDS110 connect to Cloud Desktop by network.So  the delay is large,our engineer saied the delay could cause this issue ,how can I adjust the delay.what the maximum allowed delay?
