CCS 12.3.0.00005导入CCS3.3版本正常能编译（XP系统下）的工程无法导入

我使用
Code Composer Studio
 Version: 12.3.0.00005的版本导入工程 ，提示查看project.log这个文件，文件内容是这个。
!ERROR: Unknown device 'TMS320C24XX'!
这是不是表示现在ccs12.3这个版本内无法支持这个芯片了？能否就这个问题添加库之类的文件就能解决导入问题？
