CCS安装最后出问题
安装最后一直出现这个问题，防火墙和杀毒软件都关闭了，系统是windows10
ps：之前这个电脑安装成功过，但是软件突然打不开了，卸载重装后就一直报这个错；
安装的是Offline版本吗？忽略这个warning, ccs能打开使用吗？
