Why am I not getting the desired voltage conversion in my simulation? Shouldn’t the voltage at Vsense be 1.125V? Could you please tell me if there’s any issue with my circuit?

Have you used the WEBENCH tool to assist in generating the circuit diagram? If not, I recommend using this tool to verify the circuit diagram before proceeding with simulation.
