Dear expert,
During the testing of the circuit in design example PMP41037 (where the PCB was manufactured strictly according to the reference design documentation), we observed the interference shown in the figure below on the gate drive signals of the primary-side GaN FETs (specifically corresponding to INH and INL in the schematic). This interference is causing the secondary turn-on and turn-off of the GaN FETs, as illustrated in Figure 2.
Could you please suggest any solutions? We have already attempted modifying the RC filter parameters of the PWM signal and the RDRV terminal resistor of the LMG3622, but the improvement has not been significant.
