I am a university student preparing for the 2026 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest (TI Cup) in China.
I am trying to download the official Windows installer for:
MSPM0 SDK version: 2.11.00.07
File: mspm0_sdk_2_11_00_07.exe

However, the download request is denied with the following message:
