TMS320F28335: 无法烧录程序

我在尝试的过程中烧录过一次程序，之后就再也没成功过，再次尝试CCS会报错Unable to connect to the target（要不就是Locked or unconnect）,target confg里面的test connection是成功的，然后我在使用uniflash想unlock时，出现了以下报错：
