您好，signal analyzer 一般很少用。
关于您提到的功率谱密度，是否指的是输入电流噪声和输出电压噪声随频率的变化，然后根据P=UI计算得到的功率谱密度？
如果是的话，可以在Analysis- Noise Analysis，然后选择input noise和output noise得到随频率的曲线。
