您好，TINA的库文件里没有二极管的model。如果您有二极管的spice mode是可以将其导入到TINA中的。
二极管的型号如果知道的话，在其公司的官网上对应的型号主页上看是否有提供spice model。有的话，可以附上我这边帮您试试是否能导入到TINA中。
