Open Task Manager and make sure that none of the below processes are running. If they are running, end them manually.

3.Now open registry editor in the system and delete CaptureTIPSpice_Install folder from Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureTIPSpice_Install
4. Now go to %cds_home%\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpiceTIPSpice_Install\17.4.0 location and rename the PSpice.ini to Pspice_old.ini
5. Now go to %cds_home%\cdssetup\OrCAD_CaptureTIPSpice_Install\17.4.0 location and rename Capture.ini to Capture_old.ini
