是不是一个客户，问题是一样的，按照里面的步骤还是没有进入到下载页面是吗？
不要在Pspice 注册页面，直接在ti官网 https://www.ti.com。然后到 Account->Personal information 页面，填写完整信息。然后退出登录，再进入Pspice for TI注册页面https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI重新申请。
