在PSPICE-FOR-TI点击申请后跳转到更新个人和地址信息的界面，但填完表单后会跳转到“You don't have access”, Error403界面，之后重复申请还是一直在上述步骤循环；

查找了论坛相关帖子，试着在个人界面进行信息更新，同样会跳转到“You don't have access”, Error403界面
