已经提交申请了，也提交成功了，但收不到下载邮件
您好，收不到的话可能申请被拒了，申请资料需要用英文填写，另外邮箱我记得也需要填写公司邮箱，您参考下面FAQ提交申请的过程，然后再重新申请下，看是否能提交成功？
之前遇到的情况是一直在填写资料的循环过程，无法提交申请：
