开打就是说我licence有问题，但我的licence是申请软件的时候，官方邮件发过来的
感谢您对TI产品的关注！关于你的咨询， 请确保在运行pspice时使用相同的Windows account。一个license只适用一个账户，最大3台电脑安装。另外，你是使用下面路径的license吗C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_174\license\license.txt
另外，官方发送的是access-key吧。你是用他登录的吗？
还有一种可能就是你安装时未禁用防火墙和杀毒软件，或者在公司网络安装时，公司的网关和非管理员权限安装，导致的安装时部分文件的丢失。
pspice.exe打开时，报错。
