您用的是公司的网络吗？如果是的话，最好是联系您们公司的IT部门。
如果您周围的人都可以正常安装，那也有可能是系统问题，换一台电脑试试。
这里面也有类似的闪退现象，您也可以参照一下，不过每个人情况不一样。

您好！我使用了公司网络，防火墙，杀毒软件都关闭了。参照链接方法安装闪退现象一样。我这是卸载旧版本后再安装新版本，与其他同事不一样。
出现问题卸载重新安装也是常规做法，和您的闪退关系不大。
如果还是不可以，只能重做系统或者换电脑试一下了。
