You can find the prebuild hex file for BLE (including Host Test) in the following path in your SDK:
C:\ti\simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_9_10_00_83\examples\rtos\LP_EM_CC2340R5\ble\prebuilt_hexfiles
Otherwise you can use our tools like SmartRF Studio 8 to quickly test the radio.
