电脑设备管理器已经显示 TI CC2540 USB CDC Serial Port（COM4）。
使用电脑自带的超级终端进行连接，可以连接，但是键盘输入命令没有反应。也就是不能输入命令。
我是作为主设备使用的，监测连接并读取外围的从设备信息。

先安装协议栈，如下Link

安装过程会安装BTOOL,才可以配合cc2540做主设备。

BTOOL可以正常使用。
但是，为了配合客人需求，我需要自己写程序连接初始化Dongle。
使用了电脑串口，连接Dongle COM Port 后，想输入字符串命令，就是没反应。是不是Dongle 不支持字符串输入命令GAP。。。？

不能输入字符串，可支持HCI命令，是16进制的命令。
