BLE 1.3协议栈？
您是想要下载BLE 1.3版本的协议栈？为什么不使用最新版本呢？
因为我现在用的就是这个版本，不想换了
1.3的太旧了，官网目前能提供的最旧版本是1.4.0：http://www.ti.com/tool/BLE-STACK-ARCHIVE
强烈建议使用最新版，修复了旧版的一些bug以及补充了新的功能
