先简单了解蓝牙，再用Simple Periphral的例程学习下，协议栈最好用更新一点的，现在到1.4.2了。英语还可以的话就看看Software design guide

首先动手跑demo，ti和第三方的demo都可以，有个宏观上面的概念。
跑完demo之后学习一下协议栈框架。
在然后深入学些代码。

英文不好的看你上面的pdf文档，刚刚上手建议从CC254x系列上手，熟悉了之后很好转到CC26xx.
