这两个蓝牙芯片， 是不是有透传功能
1. 芯片本身是不带程序的。 你需要透传功能可以考虑购买模块。
2. 不知你说的是什么透传，串口透传的参考程序如下：

3. 你说的一样功能具体是什么功能？ 可以参考CC2640 4X4，5x5封装的。

透传的功能是靠软件实现，只需要BLE SOC具有串口模块即可。
这里面是我们在CC254x上面的参考例程。
或者你可以找模块厂商购买CC254X模块，自带透传功能。
