请问一下为什么用串口小板对接CC2564无法启动蓝牙呢

协议栈是btstack，使用的是H4

example用的是spp_and_le_counter.c，芯片是MSP430F5438A，

报文是模拟MSP的，一条条通过串口小板发送。当发生 CMD => 37 FE 02 07 10 的时候CC2564就返回错误了。

是不是跟报文发送的时序有关呢
