使用cc2541开发板下载了CC2541_SmartRF_HostTestRelease_All.hex固件，串口连接P0.2 和P0.3；打开HCITester工具，发送控制命令没有数据返回？请问做这个测试还有哪些步骤需要注意的吗？

你可以试试先使用接收命令，再使用停止命令，看看能否收到返回。如果HCI接口没问题应当会返回包的个数。
需要拉低p0.4才能进入 测试模式
