CC26xx的bootloader是自适应波特率的。但是
smartRF Flash Programmer2 是按固定的波特率给cc26xx发送数据的。
我现在需要的是smartRF Flash Programmer2这个软件按其他的波特率发送数据，不是mcu部分改波特率
