在hwi中断回调函数中post信号量，任务中pend信号量，在debug中任务确实已经ready，但为什么执行不到，程序一直在post中，确定没有其他高优先及任务抢占，
但不确定是否有高优先级hwi,很奇怪的问题，谢谢大家帮忙
