请您看一下您的配置，并查看是否能在路径下找到该文件
你照着上图这个在C:\Program Files (x86)\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 8.0\arm\config\flashloader\TexasInstruments路径下找到FlashCC26x0F128RAM20.board，然后OK。再将C:\Program Files (x86)\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 8.0\arm\drivers\ti-xds路径下的ti_emupack_setup安装一下，再下载就应该可以了。
