HCI tester 使用问题

我想用HCI tester进行非信令模式测试，我下载了HCI tester，但是我找不到对应的操作命令，TI应该提供生成好的命令文件吧，如下图红框部分是空的，我怎么添加这个命令进去

我已经看过这个文档，下载了这些command, command library这一栏还是空的，我就想做一些HCI_LE_Transmitter_Test 和receive test，我该怎么添加能不能详细一些

One installed, you will need configure HCITester to point to the latest .XML library file. This file contains all of the supported HCI commands. Click on the middle icon in the Command Library pane to change HCI libraries.
你的library file是最新的吗？
