工程使用的协议栈里的例程，修改了flash的IO，根据docs里CC2640 BLE OAD User's Guide这个文档编译BIM_lp，stack，app_extflash,然后运行merge.bat得到simple_peripheral_cc2650lp_all.hex烧录到2640，可以扫描到设备，之后建立连接发起OAD就打印如图所示了。
