PTM模式下，位于Hci.h中的 HCI_EXT_SetFreqTuneCmd 函数，它的参数要求输入一个 0-255 的正整数(uint8)。
不过想问一下，在出厂时，CC2540/CC2640R2F 的默认值分别是多少？
如果增大频率，这个值应该比默认值增大还是减小？
