Flash OAD target with BIM
Flash OAD target with ImgA and ImgB hex files the customer provided (making sure to select the append option in flash programmer so as to not overwrite the BIM)
Flash OADManager to OAD downloader
Use above project file to generate ImgB for OAD
plug .bin file into SBT
On OAD downloader (OAD Manager device) select the correct peripheral based on address, and click the center button to initialize OAD

?FILLER_BYTES), parts not (as in module simpleBLECentral)
