对CC2640进行OAD升级，对代码一个改动，编译之后，HEX文件确定和之前没改不同，有明显差别，但是进行OAD升级，现象却没有变化。感觉新的HEX没有升级到芯片里。不知道该如何解决这个问题，从哪里去考虑？

协议栈是1.40.00.45软件使用的是IAR8.30，程序是基于从机片外OAD例程改的。
