前提：7 x 7的是官方demo板，5 x 5的是自己画的板
1：如下三个hex导入官方demo板运行OK，外部32.768晶振起振，主晶振定时起振，板子定时广播
2：将芯片配置修改为 5mm x 5mm板子，修改方式如下。
然后下载hex 到 5x5板上，出现现象: 蓝牙只在上电时广播，然后就死机状态，32.768晶振和主晶振都不起振。
如果关掉power saving功能，工作正常
