基于simple_peripheral例程，添加了一个UART事件，打开POWER_SAVING。模块是CC2640R2F (5*5)，不连接的状态下，测试电流是70uA左右。这个电流还能在降低吗？怎么关闭这个UART事件，让电流在降低呢？
