我用的芯片是cc2640r2f，用的是simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_20_00_21中的simple_observer例程，要实现一个scanner，既要接收广播包，又要接收扫描回复，一直收不到pEvent->deviceInfo.eventType是 GAP_ADRPT_SCAN_RSP事件，用手机扫描就可以接收到扫描回复的数据。
