如果在smart rf Flash Programmer 2 ver1.8.0下能正常使用，换到IDE中仿真（CCS与IAR都是一样的现象），提示需要安装固件如图，升级好固件后，可以正常使用。

当再次换回smart rf Flash Programmer 2 ver1.8.0烧写固件，仿真器红色提示，如下图，升级固件后可以正常使用。这正常吗？
