CC2540 FLASH数据掉电无法保存

我在开发过程想要将自己的数据保存到Flash中，但是测试过后发现，读写数据都是正常的，但是重启后再去读之前保存的数据就会消失，请问是什么问题？

使用的读写接口是HalFlashWrite（）、HalFlashRead（）；读写页编号是125；测试是在SimpleBLEPeripheral例程上进行。
