我在使用CC2652R下开发板时，资源管理器导入CCS中，需要下载SimpleLink到本地，但是我下载一直出错，错误原因是read ECONNRESET，请问是那里出了问题了吗？

我的CCS版本是ccs10.1.0 都是安装在默认的文件夹下的。
导入文件可以，但是我i导入host_test文件，只有一个ble_host_test_cc2652rblp_app文件，会少一个LAUNCHXL文件。
我有安装simplelink_cc13x2_26x2_sdk_4_10_00_78,直接导入我构建工程时，会遇到错误，运行自己的示例都出错了。
