有一块CC2640模块，运行一半会死机，但进入IAR的调试模式，没有运行直接退出后或者重新烧录后，可以正常运行，但断电重启后又会死机。flash programmer 2中读取flash数据，也能使模块从死机变为正常运行。像是flash数据被篡改了，但读出来数据是一样的，求解。
