SDK 4.20
新版本的SDK下相较于CC2640R2F 的SDK1.40少了好多例程：
C:\ti_4_20\simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04\examples\rtos\CC2640R2_LAUNCHXL\ble5stack
比如蓝牙5的 OAD off chip升级例程也没有了.
请问这些例程是重新分类了吗？
