你好，我在IAR 论坛上也看到有小伙伴遇到同样的问题，直接用FLASH Program 下载 BIM 和APP_STACk 文件无蓝牙广播，但是在iAR debug可以正常广播，是否异常
你好 onchip例程好像是可以，，但是SDK4,20的offchip确实不行，下载方式截图；
我使用uniflash 烧写同样没有蓝牙，但是IAR debug有；

能不能用simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_4_20_00_04 IAR 编译后的 下载一次，麻烦了
