以前使用CC2640F128芯片DCDC_SW引脚输出电源为1.95V，换成CC2640R2F以后，该引脚的电压为1.7V左右。
最近焊接了2片CC2640R2F，使用一段时间后该引脚的电压为0.40V，这种情况下是不是可以判断CC2640芯片已经损坏了呢？此时cJTAG不能连接芯片，32.768K的晶体也没有起振。
