硬件没有问题，之前运行过自己写的差不多的SPI初始化程序，那个程序能输出时钟信号。不知道是不是哪里没设置，以上几个寄存器我反复看了设置应该没问题，优先级默认。

要把P0.5作為SPI输出时钟信号的腳位應該要使用USART1的Alt.1吧，我看你使用的是USART0,所以才无法输出时钟信号吧，register設置細節可以參考CC2540 user guide.
