XDS110仿真器在PC机上 Flash Programmer 2识别XDS110这个设备，导致不能正常烧录CC26XX的软件及仿真

驱动已经安装OK，驱动安装的是C:\ti\ccs1030\ccs\ccs_base\emulation\windows\xds110_drivers。

XDS110设备上D2 指示灯亮红灯，正常应该是绿灯才对。
