在导入ble5_host_test_cc26x2r1lp_app项目时缺少Stack_Wrapper.lib，根据相关链接 e2e.ti.com/.../3339037

问题3：CC2650 LAUNCHPAD 烧写对应的CC2650 host_test程序可以通过BTOO工具操作CC2642R1F的特征值和OAD升级吗？
1.不需要自己配置Stack_Wrapper.lib，我测试从SDK中导入没有出现错误
注意选择SDK要求的CCS版本

3.没有试过，一般要用相同SDK中的Btool工具，你可以试一下。
BTOOL只是分发OAD工具，或许可以，不过这两个Btool版本差别比较大，可能会出现问题
虽然不知道Stack_Wrapper是什么。
