LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: custom bootload and how to modify reset vector talbe address

Hi；

I have build a project base on the example:rfPacketTx_cc26x2R1_LAUCHXL.(SimpleLink CC13x2/CC26x2 SDK 3_20_00_68:),

It works perfect until I change the FLASH_BASE from 0x0 to 0x2000 and errors come out like below!!

I have searched the TI E2E design support forums and found that a same issue was post before。

and he sovled the issue by modify the vector table address. 

But I can't find where it is。 

Does anyone know it?  Can anyone help me？I have been confused of this for several days！
