场景举例：加密绑定后的蓝牙设备，要求加密绑定的bondKey不变；当该已连入应用系统的蓝牙设备更换时，应用系统会给新设备发送该蓝牙设备的bondkey，新设备应该能够与该蓝牙设备完成重连。简单来说：A模组跟M设备配对连接传送。再把A模组关掉，用B模组跟M设配配对连接。不需要重新绑定就能传输数据。这样的需求能否实现？
简单来说，这是不能实现的，新设备连接时需要重新进行配对绑定
