1. 我使用cc2640R2F，外部晶振，在连接仿真器的时候，可以正常起震。空口转包正常，
在烧录进去后，外部晶振有时候可以正常，有时候不正常。
这个需要什么特殊的配置，或怎么修改吗？

外部晶振没有什么特别的配置，例程默认设置都是使用外部晶振
如果出现不正常，可能是硬件设计有问题，对照参考设计检查一下

另外，从机不回应消息，是不是也与时钟有关系》
是的，你可以先用launchpad测试，如果没有问题，那就是硬件设计有问题
