simple_peripheral_oad_offchip项目原始代码，做简单的硬件配置更改后，烧录合成的hex文件并尝试x_app_oad.bin 做OAD升级。

CC2640R2F OAD成功，CC2640R2L OAD失败。在CCS中芯片型号选为CC2640R2L，依然是CC2640R2F OAD成功，CC2640R2L OAD失败。
