CC2540 USB Dongle is not seen in SmartRF Sniffer

Hi,

I have updated the USB dongle with sniffer_fw_cc2540_usb.hex, but the Sniffer software cannot see the dongle as a "capturing device". 

I have tested it in Btools and it is working fine.

Can you please help me?
